Bebe’s is actively seeking an experienced in-house marketing professional with retail experience to provide brand upkeep, facilitate brand updates and create content for promotions and social media on an as-needed basis.

- Elevates the brand and supports the key brand attributes through product marketing communication by taking photos and updating our website.
- Create and schedule new content and leverage existing content to optimize social media interactions and sales conversions.
- Driving sales, establishing and maintaining client relationships by delivering and protecting customer experience at all times.
- Ensure accuracy of Company in store promotions and merchandise markdowns.
- Effectively relays any client feedback regarding successes and/or opportunities about product.
- Ensures the selling floor aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and maximizes customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and productive work environment.
- 1-2 years of retail experience.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong social media management skills.
- Knowledge of WordPress a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Innovative thinker able to find creative ways to support our brand through product marketing communication.
- Proactive, using initiative to maximum effectiveness.
